Sec. 601.204. - Escape of person in custody of law enforcement or correctional officer.

It is unlawful and a class D offense for any person in the custody of a law enforcement or correctional officer of the City, by virtue of a lawful arrest or judicial process, to escape from the custody of the officer. (Ord. 83-591-400, § 1; Ord. 2011-232-E, § 2) Note— Former § 601.109 .
