Sec. 602.1101. - Public Reprimand or Civil Penalty.

A finding by the Ethics Commission of a violation of any part of this Chapter shall subject the person or entity to a public reprimand, a civil penalty of up to $500, or both. All civil penalties collected shall be deposited into the City of Jacksonville General Fund. (Ord. 2014-457-E, § 1)
