Sec. 602.404. - Soliciting future employment or compensation.

(a) No employee of the City shall accept or solicit any other employment, if the employment could reasonably be expected to impair independence in judgment or performance of City duties; (b) No employee of the City shall solicit or accept compensation for any other employment, which compensation is to be paid while still an employee of the City, if the compensation could reasonably be expected to impair independence in judgment or performance of City duties.
