Sec. 602.941. - Review.

Any final order of the Commission imposing civil penalties, censure, or costs or attorneys' fees may be reviewed by the Circuit Court, in such manner as is authorized for review of quasi judicial board decisions. (Ord. 2011-167-E, § 2)
