Sec. 606.705. - Enforcement.

The Council in enacting this Part is acting as the governing body of Duval County, Florida. The area of enforcement of the provisions of this Part shall be within the boundaries of Duval County, Florida. The provisions of this Part shall be enforced by members of all duly authorized law enforcement agencies within the County. (Ord. 90-1054-482, § 1)
