Sec. 609.107. - Provisions supplemental.

The provisions of this Chapter are additional and supplemental means of enforcing the Ordinance Code and Ordinances. Nothing contained in this Chapter shall prohibit enforcement by any other means including, but not limited to the enforcement methods and penalties authorized by F.S. § 162.22 (which are issuance of a citation, a summons, or a notice to appear in County Court or arrest for violation of municipal ordinances as provided for in F.S.
