Sec. 614.126. - Unlawful to fish from posted City property; Recreation and Parks Department to post property; waste disposal.

(a) It shall be unlawful for a person to fish for commercial purposes, seine, cast or use drag nets from City-owned property posted as "NO FISHING" by the Director, Recreation and Parks Department, or other authorized official. (b) It shall be unlawful for a person to litter, throw, lay or otherwise dispose or ashes, paper, dirt, boxes, garbage, refuse, noncombustible refuse, fish parts or rubbish of any kind in any park or other City property, except in a public trash receptacle or container. (c) Violation of this Section shall constitute a class A offense.
