Sec. 615.103. - Reserve docking for contracted water taxis at designated sites at the Northbank, Southbank Riverwalk, Jacksonville Landing and Metropolitan Park Marina.

It shall be unlawful for any boat or vessel other than water taxis contracted by the City to dock in areas designated by the Director, Recreation and Parks Department or other authorized official as water taxi passenger loading and unloading areas. The Recreation and Parks Department shall post signs at all designated water taxi loading and loading areas to read "RESERVED FOR CONTRACTED WATER TAXIS ONLY. VESSELS IN VIOLATION ARE SUBJECT TO IMPOUNDMENT, SECTION 615.103 MUNICIPAL CODE. $100 FINE." Violation of this Section shall constitute an offense against the City punishable by a fine of $100.
