Sec. 615.104. - Reserve parking for vehicles with boat trailers at the City owned or leased boat ramps.

It shall be unlawful for any motor vehicle to park in designated "reserved for motor vehicles with boat trailers only" parking spaces except those motor vehicles with accompanying boat trailers that have used the City owned or leased boat ramp for the purpose of launching a boat. The Recreation and Parks Department shall cause parking places to be designated for such motor vehicles and accompanying boat trailers at City owned or leased boat ramps and shall promptly place signs thereon to read: RESERVED FOR MOTOR VEHICLES WITH BOAT TRAILERS ONLY. Violation of this Section shall constitute a class A offense against the City.
