Sec. 616.110. - Cleaning or putting slippery substances on sidewalk in commercial district.

No person shall scrub, wash or otherwise wet down a sidewalk in a commercial district of the City, as defined in the Zoning Code, except between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., nor throw, put or permit any soapsuds or other slippery substance to fall upon a sidewalk in a commercial district of the City.
