Sec. 616.113. - Unlawful use of public access ramps or access ramps for handicapped persons.

(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to use a bicycle, skateboard or roller skates on public access ramps or access ramps for handicapped persons providing pedestrian access to a building. (b) It shall be unlawful for the parent, legal guardian or custodian of a minor child to suffer or permit the child to violate the provisions of subsection (a) of this Section.
