Sec. 62.103. - Meetings.

Section: 62.103.

The Board shall hold at least four meetings each fiscal year, one each in October, January, April and July. Regular or special meetings shall be called by the chairman of the Board and in his absence by the vice-chairman of the Board or by a quorum of the Board. Special meetings shall be called only with at least 48 hours' notice to all members as to the time and place. A quorum shall consist of the greater of five members or a third of the current Board membership. Vacant board seats shall not be included in the quorum determination. An affirmative vote shall consist of a simple majority of the members present.
