Sec. 62.107. - Board records.

All minutes of the Board meetings and other records maintained by the Board shall be kept in the Board's office and are public records. Examination questions and answer sheets are confidential in nature and shall not be open to public inspection. An examinee shall have the right to review his own completed examination in the presence of the Board's director or a representative of the Board's testing agency, but may not remove them. All Board records shall be retained for a period in accordance with Part 2, Chapter 124 . (Ord. 77-287-115, § 2; Ord. 83-591-400, § 1) Note— Former § 59.108.
