Sec. 636.301. - Intent.

It is the intent of the Council that civil infraction traffic hearing officers, be appointed where the need arises due to excessive caseloads on County courts. These hearing officers shall follow the rules and procedures adopted by the Florida Supreme Court. The program shall be subject to supervision of the Supreme Court. (Ord. 94-1077-654, § 1)
