Sec. 638.104. - Additional funding for reporting criminal proceedings.

When, in the opinion of the Chief Judge, it is necessary that funds be provided by the City to provide competent reporters in criminal proceedings in the Circuit or County Court, as provided in F.S. Ch. 27, Pt. I, in addition to the funds that have been appropriated by the Council for such purpose, he shall certify the necessity and the estimated amount to the Mayor, who may make such amount available from existing appropriations or transmit a supplemental appropriation request to the Council for this purpose.
