Sec. 646.105. - Order of disbursement.

The collected funds of employed prisoners shall be disbursed by the Sheriff for the following purposes in the order stated: (a) The board of the prisoner. (b) Payment of any or all debts related to incarceration the prisoner has incurred during his current or any previous incarceration. (c) The balance, if any, to the prisoner upon his discharge.
