Sec. 650.410. - Exceptions to comprehensive plan amendment procedures.

The procedural requirements of this Part shall not apply: (a) In the event a court of competent jurisdiction specifically enjoins the City from enforcing a comprehensive plan amendment which is the subject matter of litigation before the same, the procedural requirements of this Chapter for amending the comprehensive plan shall not apply. A certified copy of the final court order shall be transmitted to the Director after the time for an appeal has expired and the Director shall enter the comprehensive plan change in the appropriate element.
