Sec. 650.508. - VODAD as development order.

The issuance of a VODAD, or any other final vested rights determination rendered by the Director or the Council, as the case may be, pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter shall be a development order or development permit subject to challenge under F.S. § 163.3215. (Ord. 91-1016-425, § 9)
