Sec. 650.513. - Enforcement.

(a) A person who shall violate any provision of this Chapter shall be deemed guilty of a class D offense. (b) In addition to the penalties provided hereinabove for violations of this Chapter, any violation of this Chapter shall be subject to appropriate civil action in the court of competent jurisdiction.
