Sec. 651.103. - Legislative intent.

It is the intent of the Council in enacting this Chapter: (a) To prescribe a process by which that significant economic development projects would be expeditiously reviewed and inspected by the various permit reviewing and inspection agencies of the City. (b) To establish a process by which significant economic development projects would be provided assistance, direction, and facilitation prior to, during and subsequent to the permitting and inspection process.
