Sec. 652.106. - Disclaimer of Liability.

This Chapter shall not create liability on the part of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, the City of Jacksonville or by any officer or employee thereof for any flood damage that results from reliance on this Chapter or any administrative decision lawfully made thereunder.
