Sec. 652.1202. - Sanitary sewage facilities.

All new and replacement sanitary sewage facilities, private sewage treatment plants (including all pumping stations and collector systems), and on-site waste disposal systems shall be designed in accordance with Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.) Rule 64E-6, Chapter entitled Standards for Onsite Sewage Treatment and Disposal Systems , and ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers) 24, Chapter 7, to minimize or eliminate infiltration of floodwaters into the facilities and discharge from the facilities into flood waters, and impairment of the facilities and systems.
