Sec. 652.1602. - Fences in regulated floodways, or in floodway setbacks.

Fences in regulated floodways, or in floodway setbacks, that have the potential to block the passage of floodwaters, such as stockade fences and wire mesh fences, shall meet the limitations of Section 652.1204 , Ordinance Code. (Ord. 2023-615-E , § 12)
