Sec. 652.1603. - Retaining walls, sidewalks and driveways in regulated floodways, or in floodway setbacks.

Retaining walls and sidewalks and driveways that involve the placement of fill in regulated floodways, or in floodway setbacks, shall meet the limitations of Section 652.1204 , Ordinance Code. (Ord. 2023-615-E , § 12)
