Sec. 652.1604. - Roads and watercourse crossings in regulated floodways, or in floodway setbacks.

Roads and watercourse crossings, including roads, bridges, culverts, low-water crossings and similar means for vehicles or pedestrians to travel from one side of a watercourse to the other side, that encroach into regulated floodways, or into floodway setbacks, shall meet the limitations of Section 652.1204 , Ordinance Code. Alteration of a watercourse that is part of a road or watercourse crossing shall meet the requirements of Section 652.503 (c), Ordinance Code. (Ord. 2023-615-E , § 12)
