Sec. 652.202 - Areas to which this Chapter applies.

This Chapter shall apply to all flood hazard areas and Adjusted Special Flood Hazard Areas within the City of Jacksonville as established in Section 652.203 of this Chapter, and to all floodways and floodway setbacks, as provided in this Chapter. (Ord. 2013-310-E, § 2; Ord. No. 2019-331-E , § 1)
