Sec. 652.702. - Appeals.

The Chiefs shall hear and decide appeals when it is alleged there is an error in any requirement, decision, or determination made by the Floodplain Administrator in the administration and enforcement of this Chapter. Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Chiefs may appeal such decision to the Circuit Court, as provided by Florida Statutes. (Ord. 2013-310-E, § 2; Ord. No. 2019-331-E , § 1)
