Sec. 652.704. - Restrictions in floodways and floodway setbacks.

A variance shall not be issued for any proposed development in a floodway, or in a floodway setback, if any increase in base flood elevations would result, as evidenced by the applicable analyses and certifications required in Section 652.503 , Ordinance Code.
