Sec. 654.130. - Required improvements: clearing and grading of rights-of-way.

The developer shall be required to clear rights-of-way in accordance with the Land Development Procedures Manual, and to make grades, including grades for streets, alleys and drainage, consistent to grades of the approved construction plans.
