Sec. 654.135. - Street lighting.

The developer shall provide street lighting standards in the subdivision in accordance with the specifications set forth by the electric utility serving the area and the Land Development Procedures Manual. The complete street lighting system shall be maintained by the electric utility serving the area. (Ord. 91-58-147, § 1) Note— Former § 654.123 .
