Sec. 654.140. - Penalties.

(a) Violation of the provisions of this Chapter or failure to comply with any of its requirements, including violations of conditions and safeguards established in connection with grants or deviations, shall constitute a class C offense and, in addition, the offender shall pay all costs and expenses involved in the case. Each day the violation continues or recurs shall be considered a separate offense. (b) Nothing contained in this Section shall prevent the City from taking any lawful action, including resort to equitable action, as is necessary to prevent or remedy a violation of this Chapter.
