Sec. 655.104. - Jurisdiction and applicability.

The regulations set forth in this Chapter shall apply to all lands within the City, except within the Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth Urban Services District. No development order or development permit shall be issued unless in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter. In order to develop land, the requirements of this Chapter shall be met and the procedures set forth herein shall be followed. (Ord. 90-1251-571, § 1; Ord. 2011-536-E, § 1)
