Sec. 656.105. - Purpose.

The purpose of the Zoning Code shall be to promote the health, safety, morals and general welfare of the public, to regulate the use of land and buildings and to implement the Comprehensive Plan adopted pursuant to Chapter 650, Ordinance Code and F.S. Ch. 163, Pt. II (Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act), hereinafter referred to as LGCPLDRA . (Ord. 91-59-148, § 1)
