Sec. 656.1221. - Education.

To assist in public information, the education of its citizens, and the effective implementation of this ordinance, the City will coordinate its efforts with those of the St. Johns River Water Management District and the Duval County Agricultural Extension Service or other agencies. In conjunction with the agencies, the City will jointly sponsor workshops and/or short courses on the design principles and standards of water-efficient landscaping. (Ord. 93-261-143, § 1)
