Sec. 656.123. - Public hearing.

In addition to any public hearings required by F.S. § 166.041(3), a public hearing shall be held by the appropriate committee of the Council to consider a proposal for an amendment to the Zoning Code or for the rezoning of land. Notice of the public hearing shall be made as provided in Section 656.124 and a party shall be heard in person or by agent or attorney. (Ord. 91-59-148, § 1)
