Sec. 656.139. - Withdrawal or amendment of applications.

An application for exception, variance, waiver or administrative deviation shall not be allowed to be withdrawn or amended by the applicant at any time after the required fees have been paid to the Tax Collector. (Ord. 91-59-148, § 1; Ord. 98-678-E, § 3) Note— Former § 656.138 .
