Sec. 656.1404. - Locational criteria.

To be eligible for TOD designation under this Part 14, the land under consideration must meet the following criteria: (a) Be located entirely within a ½ mile radius of a premium transit station; (b) Not be located within the Rural Area as defined by the Future Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan; (c) Be consistent with the City's mobility goals; and (d) Not negatively impact surrounding neighborhoods.
