Sec. 656.154. - Annual renewal of certificate of use.

Except for certificates of use required to be renewed annually by the Ordinance Code, or by any zoning exception, variance, waiver, or administrative deviation, certificates of use shall remain valid for an unlimited time unless revoked for cause. (Ord. 2005-1355-E, § 3; Ord. 2022-766-E , § 1)
