Sec. 656.161. - Penalties for failure to comply with requirements of a certificate of use.

In addition to the remedies available pursuant to Section 656.111 , Ordinance Code, any person who shall violate a provision of this Subpart, or fails to comply therewith, or with any of the requirements thereof, shall upon conviction thereof in County Court, be punished by a fine not to exceed $500 or by imprisonment in the County Jail for not more than 60 days, or both such fine and imprisonment. Any person or entity that violates or fails to comply with this Subpart shall also be subject to fines in accordance with Chapter 609 , Ordinance Code. Each day of violation or noncompliance shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 2014-724-E, § 2)
