Sec. 656.369.1. - Springfield supplemental standards and development criteria.

(a) Pay phones and vending machines. (1) Pay phones and vending machines may not be located on public rights-of-way. (2) Pay phones and vending machines may not be located in required yards. (3) Pay phones and vending machines in the RMD-S and CRO-S districts must be located within a structure. (4) Pay phones and vending machines in the CN-S and CCG-S districts must be located along a building front only, within five feet of the front wall of the primary entrance. The building must be occupied. Pay phones and vending machines shall not obstruct a sidewalk, and must be removed within 30 days of a building being vacated. (b) Satellite dishes. Satellite dishes and associated structures, including but not limited to poles, posts, and other mounting or supportive devices, may not be located within a required yard or within the public right-of-way.
