Sec. 656.391. - Limitations on variances.

The following provisions of this TND Subpart shall not be varied: (a) The requirement for the use of alleys. (b) Curb requirements. (c) Front porch requirements. (d) Location of on-site parking. (e) Colonnades. (f) Rowhouse and house use with first floor is inches above finished grade. (g) Average block perimeter. (h) Public/semi-public use and civic use land allocation requirements. (i) Minimum land allocation requirements. (j) Street width requirements. (k) Maximum and minimum setback requirements. (Ord. 94-607-773, § 1)
