Sec. 656.392. - Architectural standards required.

Each TND shall contain architectural standards by which the structures will be developed. The purpose is not to demand cookie-cutter sameness, but to ensure design continuity in the neighborhood as a whole. The architectural standards shall be presented as a part of the rezoning application as an attachment to the written description. The standards shall include the process for selecting the review board and the procedures for the administration of the board. (Ord. 94-607-773, § 1)
