Sec. 656.399.72. - Boundaries of Cedar Point - Sawpit Zoning Overlay Area.

This Zoning Overlay is generally described as containing the lands accessed along Cedar Point Road, beginning at Bogey Branch (Creek) and heading east, and accessed along Sawpit Road and its local road connections. Within the City of Jacksonville, the Cedar Point - Sawpit Zoning Overlay Area shall be defined as the lands contained within the boundary shown below in Figure 1 and Figure 2, and hereby adopted as the Cedar Point - Sawpit Zoning Overlay Area (the "Overlay Area") by the City Council. Figure 1 shows the context of the Overlay Area while Figure 2 shows the roads within the Overlay Area. (Ord. 2021-534-E , § 1)
