Sec. 656.505. - Mobile home subdivisions in the RMD-MH zoning district.

Mobile home subdivisions are permitted in the RMD-MH District subject to the following criteria: (a) Minimum lot requirements (width and area): (1) Width: 50 feet. (2) Area: 5,000 square feet. (b) Maximum lot coverage by all buildings and structures: 35 percent. (c) Minimum yard requirements: (1) Front: 20 feet. (2) Side: Five feet, provided combined side yards are not less than 15 feet. (3) Rear: Ten feet. (d) Maximum height of structures: 35 feet. (Ord. 91-761-410, § 1)
