Sec. 660.108. - Annual budget required.

The Law Library Board shall annually submit a proposed budget for the operation and administration of the Law Library through the Office of the Court Administrator to the City, in the form and at the time established by the City for the submission of budget proposals. The estimated revenues of the Law Library shall include the receipts from the additional service charge and filing fees authorized by Section 630.103, any carryover funds from previous fiscal years and an appropriation of general revenues sufficient to fund completely the otherwise unfunded operations of the Law Library.
