Sec. 662.101. - Free public library system established.

There is established in the City a free public library system for the use and enjoyment of the residents of the City. The library system shall be administered by the Board of Library Trustees (hereinafter referred to as the Board ) created by Chapter 90 . The library system shall be composed of the books, documents, pictures, audio and video tapes, compact discs, periodicals, manuscripts, and other informational formats as well as the various library services offered by the Board from time to time.
