Sec. 662.104. - Fees authorized in certain instances.

The Board may charge and collect fees from residents of the City in the following circumstances: (a) For special services performed at the specific request of the patron, other than the usual circulation of books and other library materials. (b) For the inconvenience and disruption of services caused by the late return of library books and materials. (c) To replace books and other library materials which have been taken by a patron and not returned within the time prescribed by the Board or upon demand of the Board or an authorized employee.
