Sec. 662.106. - Failure to return library materials.

(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to fail to return any book or other library material after 30 days' notice in writing to return the material, given after the expiration of the time for which, by the rules of the Board, the book or other library material may be kept. (b) Any person who violates this Section shall be punished by a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $50 or by imprisonment of not more than 30 days, or by both a fine and imprisonment. (Ord.
