Sec. 663.102. - Required concession contract terms.

Every contract between the City and a concession contractor shall include the following terms: (a) There shall be conducted at the expense of the concession contractor a weekly physical inventory of all salable and non-salable merchandise to be offered to the public by the concession contractor, following which there shall be prepared and submitted to the City a full and complete accounting of the results of the operations of the concession contractor for the preceding week. The inventory, accounting and related records shall be available to the City during the term of any concession contract and for a period of two years after the expiration thereof. (b) The concession contractor shall maintain perpetual inventory records, which shall be available to the City during the term of any concession contract and for a period of two years after the expiration thereof.
