Sec. 665.104. - Information supplied by applicants.

When a person makes application for designation as a selling agent, he shall provide at least the following information: (a) His name and the address where the agency will be located. (b) The business hours during which the agency will be open for the sale of tickets. (c) Whether the applicant, if designated as a selling agent, will sell tickets for events in all the sports and entertainment facilities or only in certain of the facilities. (d) Whether the applicant, if designated as a selling agent, will sell tickets for all events or only for certain events or types of events. (e) Credit and banking references sufficient to satisfy the Director (or person to whom he has delegated the authority to make an initial designation) that the applicant will be able to meet the financial commitments of the agency agreement required by Section 665.107 . The Director may require the applicant to supplement, explain or provide in greater detail any of the information requested on the application.
